Its interior is structured around a central, multi-purpose space —a large, flexible room that can be configured in various ways: fully open, closed off, or partially divided. This versatility allows the space to host a wide range of activities, from workshops or study sessions to concerts and open gatherings.
The materials used —such as timber ceilings and warm, continuous finishes— help create a comfortable and familiar atmosphere, designed to receive without imposing. The choice of construction systems and materials also responds to environmental criteria, with a clear intention to reduce the project’s ecological footprint and optimize its energy performance over time. The exterior patio acts as a natural extension of the interior, with direct access and visual continuity that encourages a seamless indoor-outdoor relationship.
